Overnight Parking
& Early Sign-in

Overnight Parking is available to racers on the evening before the race. The front gate will be locked at 11:00 pm on Saturday, so please plan accordingly if you intend to arrive late at night. If you happen to arrive and find the gate locked, park your vehicle off to one side in our driveway so that people who arrive early the next morning can pass without disturbing you.

We also offer early racer sign-in the night before race day from 8:00 to 9:00 pm. So take advantage of early sign-in and avoid the lineup so you can catch a few extra winks the next morning. 

Overnight Parking is $10 per vehicle. Portable toilets are available. There are no water or electrical services provided. Firewood will be available for sale on Saturday - ask at the main gate when you arrive.

In the past we've experienced a few isolated incidents with overnight parking. For that reason, we have implemented a list of rules which are issued to all parties who arrive on the Saturday of race weekend.

Overnight Parking Rules

  1. Gates will be locked at 11:00 pm. If you plan to leave the property, please return before this time, otherwise, you will have to park your vehicle outside the gates.
  2. Campfires are permitted (except in drought conditions) however, we ask that you use previously-used campfire areas.
  3. Absolutely no motorcycle riding until practice starts on race day.
  4. If staff are still grooming/maintaining the track with heavy equipment, no unauthorized people are permitted on the track.
  5. Use the proper containers provided for disposing of used oil, fuel or debris.
  6. No loud noise after 11:00 pm. Please show consideration for your fellow racers. Excessive noise, including music, generators or loud and boisterous talking will not be tolerated.

Please adhere to these rules. If you or any party in your pit area is found in contravention of these rules, you will all be escorted from the property and refused the opportunity to race the following day. Remember that you are responsible for the people who are in you pit paddock. If you lose control of your pit area, you are responsible to contact Ewald Rothmaier or another RAT Staff member for assistance in regaining control.
